My personal motivation is to contribute to the development of biopharmaceuticals and ATMPs to improve quality of life for humankind. My focus is on science, ideally in collaboration with colleagues internally in our great company Coriolis and with our partners from academia and industry. Driving innovation, building up know-how, sharing know-how, and generating a motivating working atmosphere and the possibility for my team members to grow and develop according to their personal needs is specially important for me.
