Joe Montano is responsible for leading the Customer Experience team at Catalent, which is tasked with driving initiatives focusing on customer excellence, and enabling a customer-oriented culture across all of Catalent’s global sites. In previous roles at CVS Health and Catalent, he has achieved revenue growth through automation, data management, and journey mapping of digital marketing programs. Mr. Montano has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the College of New Jersey, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University, and is a Board Member for Design Thinking at Rutgers University.
