Having over 12 years of experience in all facets of Medical Communications provision, Jim in his current role oversees MI service provision in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.Beginning his career as an entry-level enquiry handler, he worked his way up to management roles within Training and Development, Program Management and Operations. Through his previous roles, Jim developed a broad knowledge in global MI provision and was able to lead the set-up of global projects and MI models tailored to each client’s specific needs.Jim has an impressive track record of successfully managing global and local projects, including the implementation of global telephony systems and the establishment of new offices to support clients’ requirements. Jim and his team are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and ensuring that all enquirers and stakeholders receive the highest level of service.Jim holds a doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Newcastle, in the UK.
