Transitioning to the Contract Research Organization (CRO) and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) industry, Jessica has spent the last six years excelling in various roles. Her expertise spans technology transfers and early and late-stage development of downstream processes for therapeutic proteins. She has worked on an array of molecules, from monoclonal antibodies to protein complexes, demonstrating her versatility and proficiency in bioprocess development. Currently, as the Director of Process Science at Rentschler Biopharma's Milford, MA site, Jessica leads a dedicated team of scientists. Together, they are committed to developing robust processes to produce therapeutic proteins for treating serious and rare diseases.
