James Rogers is the Head of Manufacturing and Supply at Sterling and is based at the Dudley, UK facility. He has over 18 years of manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously held roles as VP, Manufacturing and Supply at BTG International Medicine (now Boston Scientific), and Site Director at Aesica Pharmaceuticals, Cramlington. He was appointed Head of Manufacturing and Supply at Sterling in 2020, and in this role, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the production plan on time, in full and to the highest safety, environmental and quality standards.
