Erica oversees ePRO/eCOA consulting services, conducting literature reviews, collecting data, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses. She has extensive experience designing and conducting lab- and web-based surveys and experiments, as well as providing consulting for migrating PROs to an electronic format. She has also advanced training in multivariate statistics and methodology. Erica received a BA degree in psychology and anthropology from Simon’s Rock College of Bard in Massachusetts in 2005, an MSc in psychology from the University of Kent in 2008, and a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Kent in 2012.
