David is an experienced synthetic organic process chemist and business manager with a demonstrated history of working in the fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical industry. In his 9 years with Grace, Dave brings a background in process development and manufacturing of complex custom compounds, intellectual property, validation, value-based selling, customer relationship management/Salesforce acumen, and M&A. Prior to joining Grace, David was responsible for chemistry and manufacturing at Saltigo’s Redmond WA facility and prior to that was responsible for process development and manufacturing at Synthetech. He received a B.S. in chemistry from George Fox University.
