Perrigo Increases Its Dividend By 11%

DUBLIN /PRNewswire/ -- Perrigo Company plc (NYSE; TASE: PRGO), today announced that the company's Board of Directors, consistent with its recently approved strategic plan to evolve to a consumer self-care company, approved an 11% increase to the company's quarterly dividend to $0.21 per share from $0.19 per share. This dividend increase marks the 16th consecutive year Perrigo has increased its dividend.

The cash dividend is payable on June 18, 2019 to stockholders at the close of business on May 31, 2019.
